Easter Bunny CraftsYou really impressed all the kids and the neighbors with your cute Easter bunny costume. Your party is in full swing and is a huge success so far.
You’ve managed to distract the kids with a wild Easter egg hunt for an hour or more, but your house and yard are only so big and there are a finite number of eggs you can hide away. Sooner or later someone is going to win the big prize, or maybe nobody will because you made the eggs too darn hard to find (you tried to keep them occupied for as long as possible but it’s starting to backfire), but either way the egg hunt is going to come to an end and the kids will no longer be amused. So now what do you do egg-sactly?

You keep them busy with entertaining Easter crafts, of course. Nobody ever gets tired of coloring Easter eggs. Boil a bunch of eggs, and then get some Easter egg dye kits.
Or there are other Easter crafts that don’t involve OD-ing on eggs, like making cute little Easter baskets, Easter hats, Easter bunny paraphernalia, and much, much more. Look on the internet and you’ll be bombarded with suggestions. Some Easter crafts sites even have people rating each project so that you know which ones are worthwhile and that your kids are more likely to enjoy.

Once you’ve decided which craft ideas you want to share with the children, you can collect the necessary materials at a local crafts shop or make do with supplies from home. A simple brown paper bag could make a good Easter Bunny puppet, for example, or even a thrifty basket. This is a great time to expand your thinking to recycle and reuse items that would otherwise be thrown away and wasted. An old egg carton covered in glitter is a wonderful sight to behold!
Encourage all the kids at your party to be creative, and especially to have fun! Then put on your adorable Easter bunny costume again and send all the little ones hippity hoppity on their way.

You’ll have more luck if you eat the practice Easter eggs or the ugly ones, or if your kids went completely Easter egg dye-happy and popped out so many that it won’t matter if a couple of them go missing.
Bunny Ears - Easy Easter CraftsRemember the old-school egg dying, you used to just have a metal ring to hold the egg and dip in into the dye for a solid colored Easter egg. That was already amazing in itself but these days you don’t get just color anymore, you can actually decorate your Easter eggs with all sorts of crazy patterns and designs: tie-dye, checkers, kitsch, polka dots and more using other dying materials like stencils and crepe paper. The younger generation just don’t know how good they have it.
